Project Deposits
Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits secure project scheduling, planning, research, and design time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
Revisions
Project proposals include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on schedule, clients are responsible for providing requested content, images, branding materials, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
Website Launch
Projects are considered complete upon final approval or launch, whichever occurs first. Any requested enhancements after launch may be billed separately.
Hosting & Maintenance
Website hosting, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, and ongoing support are recurring services billed separately unless otherwise included in a written agreement. Failure to maintain hosting or subscription payments may result in suspension of services.
Domain Names
Clients are responsible for renewing domain registrations unless Memphix has agreed in writing to manage renewals on their behalf.
Third-Party Services
Some projects include third-party software, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, maps, booking systems, AI tools, or integrations. Memphix cannot guarantee the continued availability, pricing, or functionality of third-party services.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
